Founder and CEO
Mr. Zia Husam is a multifaceted leader—writer, academic, television host, entrepreneur, and filmmaker—with a global vision for ethical enterprise. He holds advanced degrees including a D.B.A (UK), P.G.D.B.A (UK), M.A. (Psychology), MBA (HR), and Ph.D. (Hons). As the driving force behind the Zia Husam Group, he leads dynamic ventures across infrastructure, export-import, waste management, and entertainment.
With professional experience spanning over 15 years in the UK, Middle East, and India. He has led major business mergers, investment collaborations, and global conferences.

Prof. Majed Jarrar is an expert in digital transformation, Sharia compliance in Islamic finance and law. Professor Jarrar has helped scale multiple startups to millions of dollars within first 3 years of operations (Wipebook, Riipen, RuhCare). In Islamic research, Majed is a lifelong student in Fiqh. He holds Ijazas in Quran (hafs), Hadeeth (nine collections), and Iftaa. He is a member of the Canadian Council of Imams, and serves as an advisor to Canadian public and private sector on matters of Sharia compliance of Islamic Finance and contract laws.
